Shipping Info

Products in our online store shown as in-stock will ship within 1 week of ordering. It can take on average between 7-14 days for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control. What we can promise is that you will get your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. 

Return Policy:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
• Damaged, worn, or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.
• Final sale items and items purchased during seasonal sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return Your Item(s):

• Email returns@enjoypearl.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a return label via email.
• Pearl is not responsible for lost items during transit.

Processing Returns:

• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed.
• The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for processing.
• You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
