Erin Yattaw resides in the Bay Area where she works as an urban planner. She typically takes a camera with her anywhere she goes, often capturing her community that is centered in the East Bay skate scene.
Her affinity with mountainous landscapes, rivers, old and handmade things, and small towns often draws her away on road trips. An introvert, Erin’s favorite thing about taking photographs is that it allows her to move through the world participating in close observation and engagement with her surroundings while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance and autonomy.
